Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of The Next Bill’s website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (taken together, our “Get Started”). Our App is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, The Next Bill’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time by TKC Pro (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our App. By accessing or using any part of our App, you agree to become bound by the Terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this Agreement, then you may not access or use our App. If these Terms are considered an offer by TKC Pro, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Our App is not directed to children younger than 13, and access and use of our App are only offered to users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years old, please have your parent or guardian register to use our App on your behalf. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our App represents that they are 13 years of age or older.
The use of our App requires a The Next Bill account. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your username. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy.
As TKC Pro asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by The Next Bill violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify TKC Pro in accordance with TKC Pro’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy. TKC Pro will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. TKC Pro will terminate a visitor’s access to and use of the Website if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of TKC Pro or others. In the case of such termination, TKC Pro will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to TKC Pro.
Intellectual Property.
This Agreement does not transfer from TKC Pro to you any TKC Pro or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with TKC Pro. TKC Pro, The Next Bill, app.thenextbill.com, The Next Bill logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with The Next Bill or our App, are trademarks or registered trademarks of TKC Pro or TKC Pro’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our App may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our App grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any TKC Pro or third-party trademarks.
Changes.
We are constantly updating our App, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our App is offered. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms at https://thenextbill.com/legal. If the revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you via e-mail to the email associated with your account. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our App. Your continued use of our App will be subject to the new terms. However, any dispute that arose before the changes shall be governed by the Terms (including the binding individual arbitration clause) that were in place when the dispute arose.
Termination.
TKC Pro may terminate your access to all or any part of our App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or you’re The Next Bill account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using our App. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties.
Our App is provided “as is.” TKC Pro and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither TKC Pro nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that our App will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our App at your discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law.
U.S. law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively Las Vegas, Nevada.
Limitation of Liability.
In no event will TKC Pro, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to TKC Pro under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. TKC Pro shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
General Representation and Warranty.
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of our App will be in strict accordance with The Next Bill’s Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Nevada or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of our App will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKC Pro, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our App, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TKC Pro and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of TKC Pro, or by the posting by TKC Pro of a revised version.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; TKC Pro may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critically important to us. We have a few fundamental principles: We are thoughtful about the personal information we ask you to provide and the personal information that we collect about you through the operation of our services. We store personal information for only as long as we have a reason to keep it. We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what information is shared publicly (or kept private), indexed by search engines, and permanently deleted. We aim for full transparency on how we gather, use, and share your personal information.
General information
This policy sets out our privacy practices and explains how we handle the information we collect when you visit and use our sites, services, mobile applications, products, and content (“Services”).
What we may collect
We collect information about what The Next Bill pages you access, information about your mobile device (such as device or browser type), the information you send us (such as an email address used to register or communicate with us), and referral information.
When you use our Services, we may collect and store your Internet Protocol address. We may use this information to fight spam and other abuse; to personalize our Services; or to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how people use our Services.
When you create your The Next Bill account and authenticate via a third-party service like Twitter or Google, we may collect, store, and periodically update the profile information associated with that third-party account.
Email from The Next Bill
Sometimes we’ll send administrative emails about account or service changes, or new policies. You can’t opt-out of them. You can always opt-out of non-administrative emails such as thread notifications.
We won’t email you to ask for your password or other account information. If you receive such an email, send it to us so we can investigate.
Disclosure of your information
As a rule, we don’t share your personal information outside the company. We won’t sell your personal information.
We may share your personal information with third parties in limited circumstances, including: (1) with your consent; (2) to a vendor or partner who meets our data protection standards; or (3) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process.
If we’re going to share your information in response to legal process, we’ll give you advance notice so you can challenge it (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we’re prohibited from doing so by law or court order. We will object to requests for information about users of our site that we believe to be improper.
Modifying your personal information or deleting your account
If you have a The Next Bill account, you can access and modify your personal information, or delete your account here. If you delete your account, your account and content may be unrecoverable.
To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
Your data protection rights
In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, correction, and removal of your personal data which you may exercise by sending us an email request to thenextbillapp@gmail.com. Your requests will be processed within 30 days. We may require that your request is accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority.

We use cookies and similar technologies such as pixels and local storage to recognize you when you return to our Services. We use them in various ways, for example, to log you in, remember your preferences, evaluate email effectiveness, and personalize information.

Third-party services
The Next Bill uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run The Next Bill.
- Cloud and data centers. The application is stored and executed in a collection of systems operated by Firebase. Privacy policies: Firebase
- Content delivery and traffic optimization. Website content is delivered by TKC Pro’s internal communication department.
- Payment processing. Credit card billing information is getting stored with our credit card payment processor Stripe directly. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your credit card information is never transmitted via our website. Privacy policies: Stripe
- Registration and authentication. Authentication is handled solely by Google Firebase Authentication and No passwords are stored by The Next Bill, removing the risk of a password breach or leak. Privacy policies: Firebase Authentication
- Profile information. When you authenticate via a social network, we store the email address and name on the account.
- Usage statistics, tracking & marketing. We use Google Analytics with enabled IP anonymization to discover which parts of our website and software need improvement. We might use Google AdWords or re-marketing from Google, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn to promote our service and our content. Privacy policies: Google
- Transactional emails. To send system emails, we use the mail services provided by Mailchimp. Privacy policies: Mailchimp
Security
We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (like using a strong password).
Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, we may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. TKC Pro encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to such change.
